This post is my first decor/homeware related post. I thought I'd show you some of my favourite places in our flat, now that it's finally all coming together! I am no photographer and have the WORST phone camera - my iPhone 6 smashed and now I'm using an old one, so please ignore how bad the images are. 

 

The sofa is one of my favourite pieces, the bright teal colour is gorgeous and I love having clashing cushions/throws to make it all cosy. The theme for the lounge was bare walls with bright signature pieces, loads of artwork, candles & fairy lights to make it really homey and comforting. When I first bought the rug I was unsure it would match the sofa, but I love the combination of teal and mustard together.

We still have a long way to go in making it exactly how we want it, but I'm so pleased with the progress so far and I love how it's beginning to take shape. I'm definitely no interior designer, but I'm enjoying picking out little bits and making it feel like more of a home.
